Continuous Improvement Cycles Part 2

As leaders continue to engage in Plan Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycles of Continuous Improvement, it is necessary to acknowledge the successes of  new systems that have supported UDL implementation thus far. Sharing these "change ideas" with one another, in a community of learning, is both affirming and inspiring. Hearing about the gains made during Professional Learning Communities (PLC's), coaching sessions, staff meetings, and other systems of support, can help generate new possibilities for how to advance and expand UDL practices. 

In addition, the School Implementation Certification Criteria (SICC) continues to offer a framework and useful tools for addressing problems of practice that may arise.
