Turning IR Goals into a PDSA Cycle

How do we turn data from Instructional Rounds into a meaningful change idea?

In this third and final year of the grant, the administrators and coaches have been encouraged to take on leading and facilitating instructional rounds at their respective sites. To support this work, January’s workshop was dedicated to using the results from instructional rounds in order to develop a Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycle. In essence, the data derived from the instructional rounds can serve as a launching off point customizing a plan for professional development and meaningful change.
