As administrators and coaches prepare to close out the school year as well as prepare for the sunset of the Far North grant, it is important to take stock of the systems that have best supported UDL implementation thus far. Supporting teacher leadership in UDL is recognized as a significant lever for introducing and sustaining meaningful change. Establishing a multidisciplinary, UDL team is an important step for leaders to take in order to intentionally cultivate a group of teacher leaders who are poised to be champions of UDL at their respective sites.
